The doctors and all practice staff are keen to receive feedback, whether it be good or bad, as this helps us to improve our service to patients.
We try to give the best service possible to our patients at all times, but there may be times when you may feel you need to express some dissatisfaction. We therefore offer an informal in-house procedure to deal with any complaint you may have with our service.
